Packing more interesting lunches for work

Anyone have any good ideas for packing more interesting lunches to work, especially options that do not need to be reheated, although any ideas on that front would be great too.

    Cooking Light has good brown bag lunch ideas, just do a search on their website

      If you like rice, Japanese onigiri (rice ball) is a great and easy lunch to prepare ahead of time.

        Thank you so much, Cooking Light did have some good ideas. I was also able to find some more inspiration on Recipezaar and Chef.com. I found a good recipe for onigiri too. Right now I have about 12 interesting recipes. If they turn out the way I hope, I'll post them. Thanks again.
