The Yalanchi I've had from them is always veg. Don't know if they make meat. I also have to say that they are amazing to work with. I put in a HUGE order for them to cater my birthday party last year and gave them only a couple of days notice. They were accomodating to a fault and everything was delicious.

And I love Arax! Veggie ones, large and very home-made tasting. Sevan for veggie Persian-style(?) with tomato, pinenuts and raisins...Their meat ones need to be served warm, all the others, room temp.

Tough call - I like all of them (Massis, EL and Arax). FYI: the meat ones are called sarma (said "sud-ma") - yalanchi is without meat.
