This I know. Ask any Venezuelan in LA and they'll tell you Mil Jugos in Santa Ana. Best arepas, cachapas, etc you'll find. it's also a smoothie type place. Good.
Short of frying up your own cheese you should try this place.(the cheese reference is from the fact that they sell fried cheese, fresh cheese etc on the streets of caracas :) )

Bingo, we have a winner. So what does Coupa Cafe serve at their Beverly Hills location? From their website:
"...offering Coupa Specialties such as the Coupa Burger, One Way Salmon and Rocky Jr. Free Range Roasted Chicken as well as daily specials. Like Palo Alto, Coupa Café is the exclusive representative in Los Angeles of Chuao Chocolatier, bringing their delicious bonbons and wonderful hot chocolate to the southland. Coupa Beverly Hills also offers “arepas”, empanadas, panini, salads, pizza, pasta, crepes, full breakfasts, pastry and a great selection of beer and wines."

Can we now christen Coupa Cafe as L.A.'s official One-&-Only Venezuelan?

Are you sure your doing the right thing? I say that because if I was a citizen of Venezuela arriving in Los Angeles, especially for the 1st time, the "LAST" food I'd want to eat is what I can get ad nauseam and BETTER back home!
However, I don't know the name of the one mentioned above, but if it's Venezuelan it most probably is L.A.'s only one. Cuisines geographically next door to Venezula:
