        <content>There is a great fresh mushroom salad served at the Sacramento area restaurant - Paragary's.  Does anyone have the receipe or know where I can locate it?  Happy</content>

      <content>i dont have a hard copy, but i remember asking one of the cooks (i use to work there) what the dressing was and he said just olive oil and lemon juice with a lil salt and pepper.  you could probably use a 1:3 acid (lemon juice) to oil ratio. if thats too sour, take a lil lemon juice out and add in some lemon rind.  The mushrooms are just your white button mushrooms sliced very thinly on a mandoline, too hard to do with a knife, i tried. and the cheese is jarlsberg.  and thats about it, just mushrooms, cheese, lemon, and oil.</content>
