        <content>How do I avoid manicotta from becoming mushy.I'm using Ronzoni but making my own sauce.Do I stuff it uncooked and then bake it in the sauce and cheese,par boil it?? or.............help Thankyou</content>

      <content>I would par boil it. I made a lasagna last week and I cooked the noodles 5 mins instead of the recommended 10. The noodles, and the lasagna, turned out great.</content>
