I like Geyser Peak Sauvignon Blanc as a nice, dry utility white. It's not a world class wine, but TJ's price for it ($6.99) is just over half what other vendors get for the same stuff.
I've found it there every time I've looked for it for the last year.
The key to finding a good cheap wine is once you find one, buy it by the case. Otherwise, when you go back, it's usually gone. This has happened to me on a number of occasions. Ugh.
