    NOBU. and Per Se (if you can get a reservation). For dinner with tasting size portions, Degustation is quite good, and affordable too.

        I had a good one at Brasserie 8 1/2. Julian Alonzo is a great chef.

          I so agree with Pisces. No tasting menu has ever come close. Then again, have not eaten at Per Se or French Laundry.
