Norwich CT area, New Year's Day brunch

Any suggestions for a good New Year's Day brunch out with the in-laws besides places at the casinos?

    Noah's in Stonington Borough is open for brunch Monday. About 20 -30 mins from Norwich

      Unfortunately, norwich is not very good (save for the overpriced casinos) for dining. I am partial to La Belle Aurore, 5 Pennsylvania Ave., Niantic, 739-6767. Cheap, cosy atmosphere with some nice art exhibits on the wall. I really dug the wild mushroom omelette.
