Hand Shave Barley Green Noodle Recipes?

I just received a big jar of pure barley green extract in powder form. the only food thing i've ever eaten that had this was hand shaved barley green noodles...anyone have a recipe for this?

      Nope...Haven't been able to find any recipes. Still hoping someone will hook me up.
