Hey, I'm travelling to Vegas with my parents and I'm looking for a few quality but not over the price places to eat at. We're staying at the Bellagio but I'm looking for a few ethnic restaurants as well as regular or unique ones that people might be able to recommend. Thanks.

I highly recommend Marrakech Restaurant (3900 Paradise Road). It's off the strip, but a great experience for Moroccan food. Go hungry.

Since you're staying at Bellagio, I'd recommend Michael Mina, which is probably the best for seafood in Vegas.

Lots of people seem to like Red 8 at Wynn, and that's definitrly ethnic.

          Good LV restaurants:

Restaurant which cost you an arm or a leg but of course good :
          Guy Savoy (Caesor) (super expensive)
          Robuchon (MGM) (super expensive)

          Unique restaurant :
L'Atelier (MGM) - you sit at the counter watch chef preparing the food (expensive)
Aureole (Mandalay) - Four storey wine tower (expensive)

          Bellagio :
Picasso - see real picasso painting on the wall (expensive)
          Michael Mina - seafood (expensive)
          Sensi - international cousine (Moderate)
Olives - Oversee the Bellagio fountain (Moderate)

Try Joyful House for excellent Chinese and Rincon de Buenos Aires.
