Made an outstanding ribeye roast for xmas dinner and plan on serving leftovers tonight. What is the best way to reheat w/o drying out the meat but also not impacting the texture too much? Any tried and true tips??
The best way to re-heat rib eye roast is to cover it with romaine (or other leafy lettuce) wrap in foil heat at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on oven. Discard lettuce -rib-eye should stay nice and moist.
