Please help me, I'm looking for chickpea flour, the italian kind, not the indian kind. if you have any idea where to find it please tell me.Thank you!!!!!!!
For all kinds of flour, go to: http://www.nutsonline.com/referfriend...
They have both kinds of chickpea flour.
You'll find other things to try as well. Happy to refer you, it's good stuff!
another place that may have it would be jerry's in Englewood...maybe
thanks for the info, are you making socca?
no, it's some kind of chickpea flat bread
call corrado's in clifton, what's the difference between the 2 kinds?
I belieave that the indian kind is made with a bean slightly darker than the cickpea, i think that it is reffered to as it's cousin.
