Looking for great Chinese in the Madison/Morristown area!

My mother works in Convent Station, and I am wondering what people would recommend for really good Chinese in the area. Cottage II used to be an old standby, but I don't know how that is anymore. Any recommendations, especially with suggestions for vegetarian dishes, would be greatly appreciated.

My favorite in the area is Hunan on Rt.202 (Speedwell Ave.) in Morris Plains. I used to like the Mayflower in the Burger King shopping center in Morristown, but they disappeared a few years ago. I'll be interested in hearing what others have to say. I avoid trying Chinese without a recommendation.

Too funny goalie! Epicure, didn't I recommend Cathay 22 to you on your other thread? It's a must try! Excellent Chineese. Best in this area of NJ.

On rt 22 there is a great place called cathe 22 it's a little far from madison/morristown but it's really worth the trip.
