Macaroni and Cheese with Lobster and Tarragon at 727 Pine?

Since 727 Pine does not exist anymore, does anyone know where I can get a dish like their macaroni and cheese with lobster and tarragon? it was so heavenly and i have been having mad cravings for it since they departed...:o(

I think the Waterfront Grill has Lobster Mac-n-cheese also. Unsure about the tarragon.

Seastar in Bellevue has it on their menu (I don't remember if it has tarragon).
