puff pastry shells, gruyere and prosicutto?

How can I put these together tomorrow for an appetizer. I've done the savory palmiers with the puff pastry sheets, but I'm not quite sure if I can switch is up now that I've accidently purchased the puff pastry shells instead. Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas!

  1. mini quiches with prosciutto and something else (depends what you have on hand), topped with gruyere would be nice.

    1. Chop and sauté mushrooms, let cool, stir in some mascarpone, season with S&P, fill the shells (pre-baked "blind") and put into the oven just to warm slightly.
