I plan to boil tiny new potatoes, scoop out the middle and mix with sour cream, chives and bacon then fill, top with cheese and bake for a few minutes. Do you think I can boil the potatoes today (whole) and refridgerate until I'm ready to scoop and fill tomorrow? I have about 6 - 7 different apps to make and was hoping to save some time. Thanks!
