Orlando Sushiman fans, good news

Yoshiro-san has opened a sushi bar in the lobby of the Hyatt Grand Cypress hotel.
I enjoyed several of his traditional favorites -- the rainbow roll and so forth, tonight as well as some very basic and beautiful sashimi.
He is buying his own fish -- not through Hyatt purveyors -- and he is there 4-10 p.m. Mon.-Sat.
When he is gone, it is not open.
The hotel has collected a very nice selection of sake to accompany the sushi.
If you were a fan of his old restaurant on Sand Lake Road in the Dr. Phillips Marketplace where the bastards tripled his rent and he closed, please go and try this new location. It is marvelous.
Sounds great. Thank you for the heads up. I'll be in Orlando in a couple of weeks and will certainly try this place.
The hotel also has a very nice Floribbean style restaurant called Hemmingway's -- great seafood there as well -- and a more upscale, chef's table type experience callled La Coquina.
But you can make a meal on the fish and sake . . .
