La Abadia is great. We went twice in late December. They have a website. Reasonably priced menu with interesting options, friendly service, and unique seating areas in little coves. Call to make a reservation. It filled up fast for lunch.

Locum is housed in a lovely three story 17th century noble home just around the corner from the cathedral. It just received a Michelin star and serves a wonderful, multi course fixed priced lunch. Elegant atmosphere, charming ambiance, top flight service and wines. Worth the trip from Madrid just to dine here.
