hey i have a whole smoked meat from abie's
how can i heat it up for a party
i guess ill have to find a way to steam it?

My immediate response to the question, is just call up Abie's(as jeffdmtl suggested) & get their recommendation for steaming the smoked meat.

Does anyone know if smoked meat has to be refrigerated? We are staying in Montreal over the holidays and we were thinking of buying a whole brisket and taking it home with us. We are flying to Halifax.

Big double boiler... Pasta Pot Set works great. Warm long and slow I think. Even call Abies' and ask for suggestions.CHOW
