Lehigh Valley Recs for Parents Christmas present?

Looking to get my parents some gift certificates in te Lehigh Valley area this year, preferably Bethlehem. I am going to follow LaBan's rec for the Farmhouse in Emmaus and I am looking for one more. The only exceptions would be Asian. They like everything and anything but aren't huge Asian food people. I'm really looking for a place with great food, of course atmosphere and decor help but they care most about the food. Any ideas? Thanks.

Probably a little late, but Inn of the Falcon is really nice. Its small and quaint...quite romantic.

Apollo has been mentioned by a friend as well. I hear there is a new place in Bethlehem that occupies an old railroad station. Anyone know what that is called or if the food is good?

Apollo Grille and there's a new place with a name something about fish, but it has lots of other stuff on the menu and is very good.
