first time in Manhattan for 10th wedding anniversary

My daughter and son in law are going to be staying at the W Hotel at Lexington and 50th for their 10th wedding anniversary in February. They will be there for 5 days. They would love a special and wonderful NY experience. They enjoy all types of food and are adventurous diners. Since it is their anniversary I would think suggestions at all price points would be welcome. If there are any romantic places with great food/drink all the better. Thanks for your help.

Try L'Impero in Tudor City (by the UN). Excellent food and ambiance. You may even get to rub shoulders with a diplomat or a movie star.
