New Years Eve Buffet

I'd welcome any ideas for a New Years Eve Buffet. Plan to serve tenderloin and ham and salad, but need "sides". Thanks & Happy New Year!

    Pineapple stuffing goes well with ham and is something that most people have not had. It is mega easy, can be made ahead of time and cheap.

      Mashed sweet and white potatoes - make ahead and reheat
      Roasted green beans with caramelized shallots

        Cole slaw
        Potato salad
        Small marinated fresh mozzarella balls with toothpicks
        Spinach dip made with Knorr's soup (recipe on box)
        Crackers or slices of cocktail bread for dip
        Peperoncini with combinations of olives
        Slices of pepperoni
        Cubes of cheeses
        etc.
