Lamb from More Weir Cooking--Help!

So I was planning on making Joanne Weir's braised lamb with artichokes for Christmas dinner, and I left the blasted book at home, 500 miles away!

So here I am, the lamb is promised, and I have no way to find a copy of the book before Christmas. Can some kind Chowhound who owns a copy of the book see it in their hearts to provide the recipe? I really own the book already--promise!
