I can't imagine much will be open, but here are a few suggestions to check out:
- For Chinese, Qingdao Garden is not far from you on Mass Ave. There are many posts about it on this board - be sure to try the dumplings.
- Henrietta's Kitchen is attached to the Charles Hotel in Harvard Square, and serves tasty and large meals. Very American, good vegetables. They might be doing a brunch if you are lucky - you could check bostonchefs.com.
Honestly, most of the usual breakfast/brunch places will probably be closed. I do think that Cambridge House B&B will give you scones, etc. Good luck!
