where can i find a restaurant that serves vegetarian lettuce wraps in nyc?

I just moved to Manhattan, and I miss PF Changs. Are there any NYC restaurants that serve vegetarian lettuce wraps and lo mein?

Momofuku Ssam has a lettuce wrap version of their Ssams. Korean though...not Chinese. There are also a number of chinese restaurants in the city that have minced squab (or chicken) in lettuce wraps. Not sure where you can find vegetarian though.
