End of 2006 NY metro area Kosher Restaurant Survey

Okay, I'll play, but I can't answer in several categories:
Best pizza: Can't say, I'm not a real fan of kosher pizza.
Best deli: I haven't had deli in ages
Best Dairy/Fish Restaurant: Va Bene for fancy. Madras Mahal is my favorite dairy ethnic (Indian). Just had it last night -- yum.
Best Israeli/Mideastern: Chickpea. I also recently had wonderful shwarma from a place in New Jersey but I don't know the name.
Best Upscale/Gourmet Restaurant: I once had a really nice meal at Tevere, but haven't been in a while. I do really like Va Bene, which was my answer in the Dairy category.

Best Dairy/Fish Restaurant - Tea for 2
Best Israeli/Mideastern Restaurant - (Famous levy's in Hollywood Fla, the place is filthy but the food is fantastic.) But in NY it's Island Grill in Brooklyn.
Best Upscale/Gourmet Restaurant sushi metzuyan - even their lunch wraps are amazing.
