Sausalito near the ferry? Any dining suggestions?
Sushi Ran is not right next to the ferry, but it's _awesome_ if you like Japanese food. It's about a 15-20 minute walk through the picturesque town, and I'm pretty sure it's open for lunch. The sushi is extremely fresh and everything is perfectly prepared - it's one of my favorite restaurants.
Fish. is the best place to eat in Sausalito as far as I'm concerned. Not sure if it's too far for you to walk from the terminal, it's away from the main drag and just past Mollie Stones, right on the water.
It's worth a walk, very mellow place with great fresh seafood sandwiches, salads, fish and chips etc. The sardines are wonderful! Mid March you may even score some good weather to enjoy the deck.
