Any suggestions for great dining in Birmingham? The cost and fare are unimportant, if there is a great meal to be had. Thanks.

The New York Times recently ran a piece on the Birmingham haute cuisine scene. It was still on the website as of yesterday, in the Travel section. The focus was on the restaurants of Frank Stitt and his proteges. Check it out. It made me want to drive the 3 hours from Nashville.
