Best Asian Noodle Dish

Some of my favorite noodle dishes are Indian Noodles at a Malaysian restaurant, Chinse Haw Fun garlic/black bean with peppers, and Korean Hwae NengMyun. Any other interesting noodles dishes that people have come across? I also recently came across a Silver Needle Noodle dish at the old Chatham restaurant. No Momofuku.

I love the Hanoi pork with rice noodles at Pho Bang on Mott Street. The ground spiced meat patties are served with thin slices of tender pork immersed in a nouc cham sauce. The pork, not the noodles is the star here - but the noodles are essential and oh man the it's a great noodle dish.

The ma la Sichuan cold noodle dish at Spicy & Tasty is fantastic!

I love to have stir fried lobster with ginger and scallion top over E-Fu noodle. If the chef does it right the noodle will absorb will the flavor of the lobster and ginger and scallion. YUM~!

Try this...lobster with E-Fu with XO sauce at Cantoon Garden for $25. I miss that.

Silly dish I discovered here in SF would be the roast-pork rice-noodle roll. They tend to cost like $2.50 and are great with a little hot mustard.

Oh, Cha Sui Chern! They got that in most congee/bbq shops.
