Different Types of Bread Snacks/Fried Dough
There are so many bread snacks in China. My favorite one is a fried dough mixed with red fermented tofu. Its kind of oily but that flavor really gives me my fix. There is also Yao Tui, Roast Pork Buns (Steamed and Baked), Combination Buns, Man Tao, and all the typical ones I found in a Chinatown in the US. I'm just wondering if there are any out in China that I have missed that is not available in the US. I'm sure there are but can some of you share your experiences. I just sometimes wonder how much territory I did or did not cover.
