I have made too much chicken adobo and don't want it to go to waste. Can I safely freeze for later?
Freezes beautifully. This year's Thanksgiving leftovers were turned into turkey adobo. Delicious!

Absolutely - adobo freezes great, and like many stews tastes better the second or third time around. Also gives you a chance to skim the fat.
