Sunday Brunch on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day

Looking for low to mid range breakfast buffet type place on Sunday or Monday, prefer Sunday.
I like the traditional breakfast stuff, pancakes, waffles, bacon, eggs, carved meats, etc. Any ideas? Prefer someplace that is buffet style so we can try different things rather than a la carte. we're willing to drive anywhere but live in the East Valley.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

It’s been some time, but the Grace Inn in Ahwatukee (I10 and Elliott) used to have a pretty nice breakfast buffet. It’s been years since I was there but others may have a more recent experience. Also, over the years I have attended a handful of events at the Holiday Inn in Mesa (US60 and Country Club) and have found their catering to be pretty good. I would expect they may offer a breakfast buffet and making a phone call for information may be worth your time. Both of these suggestions fall into the modest category. If you want to take it up a notch, this summer I happened to be at the Camelback Inn and had breakfast on Sunday morning. While I ordered off the menu, several of my companions had the buffet and it was quite good with many options. By dining early, the price was lower ($20 pp/??) then the Brunch pricing that kicked in about 11:00am. Finally, the Market Café at the Buttes Hotel (access from 48th street south of Broadway) has a very nice lunch buffet (somewhat frequent diner for business meetings) and I am pretty certain they set a daily breakfast buffet as well.
