Business Lunch Far West Tribeca

chow_gal Dec 20, 2006 06:19 PM

Inviting business contact to lunch near her office - Citigroup on Greenwich St. What is over there? All I can think of is Tribeca Grill. Any thoughts?

Thank you.

I was just invited to lunch with some Citigroup friends at Wolfgang's.

Supposedly the new branch is right by the Citigroup office.

Nobu also isn't far, as well as the new Wolfgang's - I haven't been there but I know it's very popular with the Citigroup crowd. Dylan is a good recommendation too. If she's willing to walk a bit further you get Bouley, Landmarc and Danube as options. For something less expensive, Sosa Borella can get crowded at lunchtime but has good food and atmosphere.

Two others that would be good are The Harrison and Dylan Prime, both of which I've used for business meals in the past.

Il Giglio on W.Broadway and Greenwich is good for upscale northern italian.

I always see Citigroup type lunches there so it wouldn't be a bad choice on food selection. It's hardly quiet though so you might want to go somewhere else if you want to have a private conversation.
