If you're not in a hurry, try Cambria Fudge. The "Fudge Lady" makes several kinds of fresh fudge, and takes pride in her offerings (she wouldn't discuss ANY of her ingredients with me, imagine!). My wife and I are fudge lovers (sampling new places whenever we travel), and this is one of , if not the, best we've had.
I'm a sucker for nuts, so I love any of the nut offerings, including maple nut and chocolate nut. But, some of the "swirls" are amazing!!
If you're ever up in Cambria, check the place out, you won't be sorry. However, they do mail order too if you're not in a hurry.
Trust me, you won't be sorry!

Wow, you really are lucky. I hope Ericka will be open, I know things can get slow up there, but January 10 is a Wednesday, so I'm sure you'll be fine.
If you do see Ericka, please tell her Greg from LA says "hi" (and yes, I know it's been a while since I placed an order).
Even though I order thru mail order, nothing beats selecting fresh fudge at the shop....trust me!

Head over to COMPARTES CHOCOLATIER: http://compartes.stores.yahoo.net/fud...
Jonathan will help you find any fudge and chocolates you desire. Try his truffles, too. They're heavenly.

re: chica
If you need chocolates for a particular occasion or event, for me it was a first date, he will ask you questions and put together an assortment. There were some chocolates that were chocolate covered FRESH fruit (NOT the dried stuff) - that were heavenly!
I haven't tried their fudge, but now I will!
