good dumplings in philly?

Looking for good dumplings in Philly. I'm a new yorker and our china town is rife with dumpling houses but I can't seem to find one, much less a decent one, in Philly. any suggestions? thanks!

Mustard Greens (2nd and Bainbridge) makes superb steamed pork dumplings.

Four Rivers has excellent crystal wontons. Lakeside Deli makes the best dim sum in the city - lots of dumplings on the menu. The place across the street from Joy Tsin Lau (Ocean something) makes dim sum that is superior to JTL if you're looking for the cart experience. All in Chinatown

I've always liked the dumplings at David's Mai Lah Wah on 10th and Race Streets, particularly the garlic ginger sauce they serve with it .

Joy Tsin Lao over on Race street. 3 or 4 different carts roving around serving dimsum.

Try Ray's Cafe, 141 N. 9th. Lots of dumplings to choose from. More expensive than NY, but a NY-size selection, most of which are well-executed. On a side note, you can get a $6 tea that tastes like it's actually worth $6.

Or the spicy dumplings at Szechuan Tasty House (9th and Arch).
