Need locally-themed gift ideas to go with Niman Ranch Cookbook

The subject says it all! Short of just giving my aunt a nice roast, can you think of something (ideally meat related) with local "flavor" to accompany the Niman Ranch Cookbook I am giving her for Christmas? I'd like to give something more unique than a meat thermometer.

There's a great line of meat rubs created by Tulocay, a local Napa company. Their tins are great for gifting:

I have found them at Sur La Table and Copia.

I will be on 4th street, so that will be perfect! Thank you! :)

June Taylor tomato ketchup? Her stuff is the best.

Eatwell Farm rosemary and lavendar salts make great meat rubs. Besides the farmers' market, they're sold at the Prather store inside the Ferry Building.
