So I just bought a ham from niman ranch and I have no idea how to cook the darn thing. I want to serve it for Christmas so I need suggestions on how to cook it. I can cook pretty much everything, however the one thing that stumps me (always) is ham. How does one prepare it?!

Thanks in advance.
