secret tantanmen ramen at hyatt in ebisu

my japanese foodie friend took me to the westin in ebisu and ordered the tantanmen ramen.
it was the best i have ever had. its not on the menu, you have to ask for it.
just thought i would put it out there. its pricy, i think 2500 but well worth it.

    1. Strange you should mention tantan men, a couple of days ago a friend came from the US and was staying at the Akasaka Prince, he had a favorite tantan men shop in Akasaka called TanTanMen Kisurin. It was the bomb, Tantanmen could be ordered from mild to deadly and the suigyoza were swell too. prices were normal (cheap, you buy tickets from a machine) and the food was as good as it gets.
Here is a Japanese map to the place

If Tantanmen float your boat kisurin is worth a detour.
