Christmas dinner at a restaurant in Baltimore? Suggestions, please, I beg you!

Hi,
I'll be in Baltimore for Christmas and need to find an open restaurant either in the city or the suburbs near Towson. It doesn't need to be a foodie place, but it does need to be nicer than a diner ;)
One of the attendees is a 75 year old woman with a narrow palate (did I spell that right), so choices like Indian food are totally out of the question.

I'm not familiar with Baltimore at all, so if you have a suggestion, please mention the neighborhood or address.
