Toscana, Ritz Carlton Hong Kong - Anyone?!

I read recently that the Executive Chef of Toscana, Hong Kong was given the awesome task of creating dishes for a charity dinner using a whole "giant white truffle from Alba, that costs thousands of dollar. Based on this, I presume his cooking must be pretty good to get chosen for the job! Has any fellow chowhound eaten there and was the food really that good?! ( compare to say Grassini of the Grand Hyatt ). I'll be in Hong Kong early January and would love to give it a try. Also, being in the Ritz Carlton, I guess the meal will be fairly expensive. Any idea about the cost?! Thanks in advance
