I'm from the bay area and totally clueless. I'm trying to find a good (and beautiful) buche de noel from a bakery in the valley for a party on Xmas day. Any recommendations?

Lorraine bakery in Burbank (2 minutes off the 5) does a great Buche de Noel. They are a wholesale bakery so you've got to place your order over the phone and pick it up at an ungodly hour of the morning. Lillian is Alains wife, she handles the orders. They have excellent croissant too, almond is my favorite. 818-841-3770
