An's in Cary, NC?
I am going to An's in Cary next week for the first time any suggestions/recommendations?

We ate there over Labor Day weekend. Every aspect of the meal was perfect. Ordered the red curry mussels as an app., very generous amount - plenty for two. The sauce was so good you wanted to just drink it! Sea bass & pork tenderloin were ordered for dinner. Both were beyond words. I think the dessert was a creme brulee with mango. It came with a fruit filled fried spring roll that was hot & crisp and perfect with the creaminess.
Can't wait for an opportunity to go back!

Ate at An's last week. One of the best (if not the best) meals I have ever had. Went with a group and we started with the Imperial Roll and the Land and Sea Sushi Roll. The sushi roll had beef tenderloin and fried shrimp. Very good. I had the chilean sea bass and it absolutely melts in your mouth. Other dishes had at the table were the Catfish in the Claypot (I did not try but the person who had this said it was the best thing he had ever eaten in his life). Soft shell crab was very good and the person who had the Pho raved about that. We got the cookies for dessert. They bake them as you order them and they come in a Chinese to-go container. Great presentation. Best cookie I have ever had. Someone else got the rice pudding Napolean. I had a bite of that and was very impressed. It has black beans in it. If you live anywhere near this place you need to go. On a 1-10 scale I would give it an 11. Service was excellent as well. If I lived in Cary I would eat there as often as possible.

I went about a month ago and had the miso and maple glazed seabass. It was excellent. I also tasted the Mekong bouillabaisse, and it had the oh my god factor. Pretty sure I'm getting that next time.
