Looking for a nice Easter brunch

Chris Gillespie Mar 20, 2005 06:01 PM

Hi Hounds, my wife and i are new to the Bay Area (Santa Clara) and we are looking for a good sunday brunch for easter. We are looking for more the "champagne brunch" kind of spread in the South Bay area. (i am sure that there is all sorts of great stuff in SF but we are not up to the drive.)

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

So where did you go last year. THis year you might want to try the Hayes Mansion -- be sure to ask for a table in the Mansion (the conference bulding lacks the charm of the mansion). Food is god and plentiful....

Not that geographically familiar with the Bay Area either - but I know that there is an Easter Brunch cruise out of Alameda. Commodore Events I think

        Hi -

I wanted to find out if you have ever been on the Commodor Event's Easter Cruise and what your experience was. We are considering using them for a corporate event and would like to get some feedback.

I haven't been yet, but I keep wanting to get over to Parcel 104 for a holiday brunch. Here's the website, but they haven't posted Easter Brunch details yet

Try this place in Los Gatos. I've never been there but have heard good things about it. And the best part, it has outdoor dining (weather permitting).
