THE Candle Light Inn

I felt compelled to start a thread on The Candle Light Inn after reading through the Catonsville/Ellicott City suggestions (maybe there already was one??) Nevertheless, I am an Ellicott City native, so I don't think you can go wrong with Cacao Lane for a relaxed atmosphere and decent fare; however, I remember a great dining experience as a child in some downstairs back room at The Candle Light Inn. I haven't been there in years - am I missing something, maybe a decade of disrepair - would love to know.
