Instant yeast for the NYT no-knead bread?

Anyone know where to find instant yeast in Baltimore? I'm dying to make the no-knead bread that was in Mark Bittman's column last month--several friends tell me it's incredible--but it calls for instant yeast and I haven't been able to find it at Whole Foods, Giant, Superfresh, or anywhere else. From my online research, this is a totally different thing than active dry or rapid rise yeast so please don't suggest those--the recipe calls for adding it to the dry ingredients without proofing. HELP--I want to make this for Christmas dinner.

Rapid rise yeast IS the same thing. I made two loaves last weekend, and used the rapid rise without proofing.
