Savory Tart

I need to make an item for a Holiday potluck luncheon (husband's job). I am leaning towards the asparagus custard tart from epicurious. My husband thinks this is to foodie. Any suggestion for a savory tart that I could cook that morning and can be served at room temperature? Thanks!

ina garten has a fantastic recipe for a goat cheese and shallot tart - i use a premade crust (sorry!) but it still turns out wonderful. it is so easy and the texture is wonderful. it's good warm, room temp or chilled.

Somebody posted this Stilton tart with cranberry chutney recipe on CH a few months ago. It was AMAZING.

P.S. It's even better at room temp than hot. Especially after sitting overnight in the fridge.

Wallace, Epicurious has a delightful recipe for Spinach Ricotta Pie...if you add a little chopped roasted red pepper to it for color, it's near perfect. Some reviewers have added meat to it successfully but you may want to keep it meatless if it will be at room temp for a while.
