Arabesque's Blood of a Pigeon Tea

This is not quite what it sounds like.

It's the house specialty tea at Arabesque on College East at Gladstone (almost to Lansdowne).

It's some sort of middle eastern blend of teas - very very delicious.

Does anyone know if this is a traditional blend and what the recipe might be?

    Described as a "Bedouin style mint tea" with honey. I seem to recall a bergamot flavour as well.
