Where is the Best Spicy Tuna?

I notice no one has ever started a topic like this.

While I love a good sushi omakase, I also enjoy a great spicy tuna roll. Most places that focus on fish only (which sometimes they should) have a spicy tuna roll on their menus to attract the less refined sushi eater and they buy a generic spicy mayo and mix it with chopped fish and throw it together. Many times it ends up bland and tasteless, not spicy and way too small (because they focus on the fish they don't know how to size a roll).

I'm looking for a fantastic spicy tuna roll. I LOVE the one from Yamato as well as the one at Tomoe (before it went to hell). Any suggestions?

I'm far from an expert, but I really enjoy spicy tuna role from Mickey's on Queens Boulevard.
