is any one familiar with "cooks tri-ply" cookware from jc penny

they have a 10 piece set for $149.00 I'm not sure if it's fully clad or not, and I cant seem to find anything on the internet about it, except jc pennys web site.

  1. I haven't seen it, but can tell you you're better off not buying sets of cookware. Inevitably, half the pieces are ones you'll never use, and there's other pieces you'll wish you had, especially considering it always comes with a maximum 10 inch skillet. All you'll really need are 12 inch skillets in stainless steel and nonstick, a Dutch oven (Target has a good enameled cast iron one at a good price), and a roasting pan. Look at what you like to cook, and if you find you like to cook things that might need different pots and pans, pick those up as you need them.
