With literally hundreds of restaurants to choose from, it would be helpful if you would tell us what cuisine(s) you prefer. Also, people's concept of "moderate" can differ radically, especially if they are from out-of-town and are not used to NYC prices. So, please give us a per person budget, and tell us if that figure includes drinks (wine, liquor), tax & tip.
